The 1/18 Hilux bodies are compatible with the TRX-4M.

We took our Re-Mastered Hilux and gave it some special features! 

We are offering 2 kit options, the Standard Kit or the Roll Cage Kit. The only difference is the bed option. All kits will come with, Front Bumper, Grill, Light Pod, Dash, Steering Wheel, Seats, Rear Window Trim, Radiator Brace/Rear Bumper, Tail Lens, MagSliderz, 3x10mm Neo Magnets X8, Cab, and your choice of Bed.

This model is Pinched and Doved, with High Clearance Fenders. Cab and Bed are now attached via M3x6 screws! We've added the Cowl hood for servo clearence while retaining body stabilization from resting on the front shock towers. To add tonthe stability system, we have added a scale rear radiator that acts as the brace and a low profile rear bumper. New SharkTooth Grill with single 3mm LED Pod Insertz, there is also a 3mm spot for tail lights built into the bed and will come with red translucent lens. Also comes with our standard Dash and Steering wheel, with a New interior including seats with center counsel. Mounting is also included in this kit! We provide our MagSliderz with 3x10mm neo magnets for the MagSliderz and Body.

We have a new CarbonFiber option we call "Carbon" this will have a slight increase in price, but a very high quality increase including higher temp and impact resistance. It also provides a textured matte finish, this can be painted with out prep, for a fine, scale "bed liner" type finish.

Bodies do require prep if planning to paint. For prep we reccomend starting with 180 Wet Sand with a flexible block, then move to 320 Wet Sand. Use a high fill sandable primer, and wet sand with 400, repeat last step until desired finish is achieved.

When choosing a color and planning to paint, you have options! You can choose the color based on what you would want to see when the paint gets scratched and character gets worked in. Orange, tan, and brown are good colors for showing rust and patina. Silver is the go to for metal or primer type scratches and wear. You can also pick the same color as your paint, so scratches will be less visible!
